This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for purchases made through manadhjewels.com.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, where a return is applicable.

Return Eligibility:

A refund may be considered when:

  • A returned product is approved under our Return Policy
  • The product received is defective or damaged and a replacement is unavailable
  • The wrong product has been delivered
  • An order is cancelled before dispatch, where cancellation is permitted
  • A refund is otherwise approved by Manadh Jewels under the applicable terms

Refund to Original Payment Method:

Where a refund is approved for an online prepaid order, the amount will normally be returned to the original payment method used to place the order.

For example:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be processed to the card used for payment.
  • UPI: Refund will generally be processed through the original payment channel.
  • Net Banking: Refund will be processed through the applicable payment gateway.
  • Wallet/Other Online Payment: Refund will be handled according to the payment provider’s process.

We generally do not process refunds to an unrelated or alternate bank account.

Cash On Delivery Orders:

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements may differ because no online payment was collected at the time of purchase.

Depending on the circumstances and our applicable policy, an approved COD return may be settled through bank transfer, store credit, replacement, or another suitable method after verification.

Customers may be asked to provide the necessary payment details for an approved bank refund.

Refund Processing Time:

Once the returned product has been received and approved, we will initiate the eligible refund within [5-7] business days.

After the refund is initiated, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary according to the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet, or payment gateway.

Any estimated refund timeline provided by Manadh Jewels is therefore subject to the processing time of the relevant financial institution.

Partial Refunds:

A partial refund may be applicable in circumstances where only part of an order qualifies for a refund.

Any non-refundable shipping, customization, gift-wrapping, or other applicable charges will be handled according to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Cancelled Orders:

If an order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation qualifies for a refund, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

Refund for Unavailable Replacement:

If an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect product cannot be replaced because the required product is unavailable, Manadh Jewels may issue a refund or provide store credit, depending on the circumstances and applicable order terms.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds may not be available where:

  • The product does not qualify for return
  • The return request is submitted after the permitted period
  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Required tags, packaging, certificates, or accessories are missing
  • The return fails our inspection process
  • The customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address, where applicable charges have been incurred

Refund Confirmation

Once a refund has been initiated, Manadh Jewels may send a confirmation through the email address or contact details provided with the order.

Customers should retain the order number and refund reference details until the refund has been successfully credited.
